What's this year's hottest color? Teal. It's a color often described as serious, intense, fresh, and soothing, yet no matter how it's used, it always manages to maintain its sophistication. For a lux effect, add a glam chandelier, black gloss finishes, and a few touches of gold/silver - or - add rich jewel tones for warmth and comfort. Looking to cool things down? Use whites for a fresh, crisp, tropical feel or go with creams and browns for an au natural retreat. You can take teal back to it's mid-century heyday (that's what I did!) or brighten the mood for a fun kids room.
